Portland City Fair

The Portland City Fair is a carnival in Waterfront Park held on three weekends during the Rose Festival. We had two teams there. One that walked around on the waterfront side of the park. The other was mostly on the street side of the park (where the Grand Floral Parade floats were on display.) (Return to 2013 photo index.)

	The sidewalk along the waterfront was packed with people coming and going... and some just sitting on the grass enjoying the day. We didn't need to pay the admission fee to get into the City Fair, there were plentry of people hanging out in the park.
