Please Be Praying

My camera is broken so since September we've been limited on our ability to get photos. We need to borrow a camera for each event. However, please continue to be praying for our evangelism events.

Please be praying for everyone who has heard or read the gospel this year. Pray that our Lord will open their ears, eyes and mind to the truth of the gospel.

2011 Tualatin Crawfish Festiva;l Booth

The undeniable historical fact is: "that He was buried, and that He was raised on the third day according to the Scriptures, and that He appeared to Cephas [Peter], then to the twelve. After that He appeared to more than 500 brethren at one time, most of whom remain [alive] until now..."
- 1 Corinthians 15:3b-6

The Romans were experts. Jesus was undeniably dead.
There was no doubt. He was buried, a large stone blocked the grave and a Roman guard made sure no one tampered with it.
But on the third day the tomb was empty. Over the next 40 days Jesus was seen alive by over 500 people. People touched him. Felt his wounds. He talked with and even ate with people. He was real. He was alive! There was no doubt, there were eyewitnesses, he was alive... showing us that we also have life after death, if we trust in Him as having paid our penalty for sin.

To share this good news we use many tools. We use our voice to share one2one. We use gospel tracts. And we use some unique approaches such as sand sculptures, dinosaur tracks, illusions and face painting.

By the end of December we had given
out over 28,000 gospel tracts in 2011.

People often ask us if gospel tracts are an effective way of sharing the gospel. The answer is yes. Here is an interesting video to watch about a man who was sharing tracts on Georege Street in Sydney, Australia. Good gospel tracts are as useful in helping people understand the gospel in America as they are in Australia.

By the end of December we had given
out over 1,800 copies of our DVDs &
more than 840 copies of the "180" DVD.

Each video includes a complete presentation
of sin and the gospel.

By the end of December we had shared the gospel one2one with... actually we were too busy sharing to keep a count. We shared with atheists, Mormons, Chinese who knew nothing about any religion, seekers, the lost, Jews, Catholics, Jehovah's Witnesses, Muslims and many more.
